Booking Terms. The full payment is to be included with your
booking form. All money received is held secure until your tour is
completed. Cancellations received in writing no later than 60 days
before the departure date will receive a full refund of monies paid,
less a £20 administration charge per person. In the event of
insufficient demand for a particular tour, we reserve the right to
cancel, upon which you will be offered alternative dates/tour or a
full refund. We also reserve the right to make alterations to the
tour as and when we feel circumstances dictate. Please note, Personal
Accident & Roadside assistance/ recovery/ repatriation for you,
your vehicle and any passenger must be taken out to cover any
breakdown/ accident.- I have read and understood the conditions of
booking. I confirm that I am the driver of a road legal fully insured
machine that I am entitled to drive. That I am in charge and control
of my vehicle and am solely and fully responsible for my actions and
driving manner at all times. Neither I, nor my pasengers, will in
any way hold Paul Clarke, BTB.C, or any of their officials, helpers
or agents responsible for any misfortunes, accidents, injuries, illness,
or mechanical breakdowns whilst on tour. I take full responsibility
for myself, my machine, and my passengers at all times whilst on tour.
