The Cost is from £TBA standard trip per Bike & rider
sharing. Cost includes ferry tickets both ways, with shared accommodation

with this form. Early booking required to secure a place due to an
early closure and limited beds at some locations for this tour. |

Booking Terms. The full deposit for the trip is 50%
of your total booking cost, once full details appear on the site.
However, an early deposit of £200
per person can be paid now to secure your place before full
details are on the site. This early deposit is fully refundable
until 2 weeks after full details and prices appear on the site.
Any outstanding deposit balance must then be paid within the
two weeks to form your full deposit no later than two weeks after
full details appear. The balance equel to the full cost of your trip
is then required no later than 50 days before departure. All
money received is held secure until your tour is completed. Cancellations
received in writing no later than 50 days before the departure date
will receive a full refund less a £100 administration charge
per person. In the event of insufficient demand for a particular tour,
we reserve the right to cancel, upon which you will be offered alternative
dates/tour or a full refund. We also reserve the right to make alterations
to the tour as and when we feel circumstances dictate. We also reserve
the right to increase the price of the tour if exchange rates change
dramatically for any unforeseen reason. Please note, Personal Accident
& Roadside assistance/ recovery/ repatriation for you, your motorcycle
and any passenger must be taken out to cover any breakdown/
accident, or illness:
I have read and understood the conditions of booking. I confirm
that I am the rider of a road legal machine that I am fully insured
on and entitled to ride. That I am in charge and control of my motorcycle
and fully responsible for my actions, my machine and riding manner
at all times. Neither I, nor my pillion, will in any way hold Paul
Clarke, BTB.C, or any of their officials, helpers or agents responsible
for any misfortunes, accidents, illness, or mechanical breakdowns
whilst on tour. I take full responsibility for myself, my behavior,
my machine, and my pillion whilst on tour and will ensure my machine
is fit for the trip.
