Booking Terms. Full
payment for your booking per person to be included with booking form.
Cancellations received prior to 50 days before departure will receive
full refund less £20 cancellation fee per person. All money received
is held secure until your tour is completed. In the event of insufficient
demand for a particular tour, we reserve the right to cancel, upon
which you will be offered alternative dates/tour or a full refund.
Please note, Personal Accident & Roadside assistance/recovery
for you, your pillion, and your motorcycle should be taken out to
cover any breakdown/accident. I have read and understood the conditions
of booking. I confirm that I am the rider of a road legal fully insured
machine that I am entitled to ride. That I am in charge and control
of my motorcycle and fully responsible for my actions and riding manner
at all times. Neither I, nor my pillion, will in any way hold Paul
Clarke, BTB.C, or any of their officials, helpers or agents responsible
for any misfortunes, accidents, injuries, mechanical breakdowns, illness
or infection whilst on tour. I take full responsibility for myself,
my machine, and my pillion whilst on tour.
