The BTBC Tour of Wales 2 Weekend 2023

Here by popular demand - This is it, our very last big Bike weekend away for 2023. Always a good excuse to get the bike out one more time and definitely the way to make sure you have an exciting and active year on your bike in 2024. This is the trip where new friendships are made and plans are sorted for 2024. We will be sticking to the 3 day format to get time to do all the really interesting lanes that Wales has to offer. So the plan is to meet up at the NEW MEETING PLACE - RAVEN CAFE - NEXTDOOR TO The Midway Truck Stop - Cafe, Prees Heath, Whitchurch SY13 3JT. Take the A41 south from the Whitchurch Bypass for 1.4 miles. The Cafe is just before the second roundabout, on the Northbound side, where the A41 meets the A49. Please be there no later than 10.00am and be fueled up before you arrive. Please arrive much earlier than this if you want to take a coffee/or a breakfast. This should allow people from further afield to travel over on the Friday Morning. We will then take straight to the back roads and do some stunning lanes, to arrive at our fabulous DIGS in deepest Wales around 5.30pm. After what is always a good night, Saturday morning, after a good breakfast, we will head north on a day to do the far west of Wales and maybe even a few easy trails (Road alternative available) weather permitting. Before again hitting our digs for another night of fun, food and drink. Sunday morning we will rise, take a relaxed breakfast and use a stunning rout back towards the boarder using more top lanes with a nice early finish to allow everyone to make it home with ease. A great chance to get out one more time on the bike in 2023 and meet old and new members alike. Remember, it's first come, first served with regard to the beds and this trip is always full up, so rooms will go quickly, do it now to avoid disappointment. To secure your place, send in a completed form along with your payment. Beds are strictly on a first come, first served basis, get your cheque in the post, made payable to P Clarke or Txt me for Paypal details to pay, then drop your form in the post. Remember, your place is only confirmed when we receive your cheque or payment, at which point your name will appear on the Website. Any single rooms that become available will be offered at extra cost to people from the top of the /who's going' list down.
